This new unique technology gives possibilities for the production of Materials(Light Emprador) with high physicomechanical indexes. The surface of casting is characterized by high gloss and perfect density. It is worthwhile to note that by imitating, the surface of any artificial or Natural(Peacock Green) material, from the plastic to the complex pattern of malachite, independent of overall sizes and area, it is possible to obtain any color range with different complexity.

All these are possible due to specially developed technology. The essence of this technology is reduced to the fact that air from the concrete mixture, prepared on the special formula, begins to be moved away in the specially modified concrete-mixer and the prepared batch falls on vibration table in an already solid state biased to the high density, free from the air lacunas. The use of a special high-frequency vibration table is necessary only for the uniform distribution of batch over the shaping surface and for even packing of the obtained casting.
